This newly constructed Luxurious Home has an open kitchen/dining/Living Room. It has a full kitchen with dishes, all appliances and cookware. Flat Screen TV's with Cable and wireless internet. The home also has a washer and dryer. *****This is a NON-Smoking House***** We Provide Pillows and Blankets. YOU supply Extra blankets, extra pillows, sheets and towels. House #15, Cliffview Condominiums is located on River Road, just 15 minutes from New Braunfels - between the second and the third crossing. It is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath upstairs and a 1 bedroom / 1 bath down. This home sits 50 yards from the river where you have access to 400' ft. of water frontage. There is a tube rental / shuttle service on site where you can rent tubes. The NEW Disposable Container Law in New Braunfels does not apply to our section of the Guadalupe River. Ban applies to the Guadalupe River withinn the City Limits of New Braunfels. This location is perfect for playing in the River or just relaxing as you watch others float by. If you enjoy live music this property is just a short drive to River Road Ice House, Gruene Hall or Whitewater Amphitheatre. Also a short distance to New Braunfels and Gruene, which provide antique shops and restaurants on the river. If you get tired of playing in the river, 'Schlitterbahn' is a wonderful water park to visit. |
